Leading up to her hotly anticipated second album, Tough Love, Jessie Ware has already offered up quite a few impressive tracks ("Tough Love", "Say You Love Me", "Want Your Feeling", and "Share It All" come instantly to mind). Today, however, she's let loose another cut from the album, "Kind of...Sometimes…Maybe", and it's another stunner, as to be expected. Jessie's vocals are perfect as usual on the track, and her striking voice paired with production duo Benzel's future-slow-jam beats result in an song that sounds like honey tastes. Co-written by R&B megastar Miguel, "Kind of...Sometimes…Maybe" is at once forward-thinking (thanks hugely to Benzel's unconventional production) and classic-sounding, too (thanks mightily to Jessie's inimitable voice). It's a steamy and sensual effort, to be sure, and it's us anticipating more the album itself.
