Jesse Tallis is an act we know pretty much nothing about, but the third track on his/her/their SoundCloud page, "Fool 4 U", is something pretty unique and worthy of being shared. Blending soothing soul vocals with downtempo electronic beside them, the piece pedals along to create an alleviating, interesting-sounding affair we hope will signal more things from the act to come. It's a quieter listen, for sure, but sometimes those are required, and, when they do, this one will definitely fit the bill.
