Jens Kuross may not have anyone or anything currently pushing out his music, but that's alright, because all he needs is a little kick over the edge here, and his vocals will do the rest. As "Try To Follow" shows, his debut track, shows, the proof is indeed in the pudding. Jens' timbre is unconventional, and so is the way he goes about tempering his songwriting and cadence. His voice isn't overly pristine like Sam Smith's is; there's character to it (he elongates his syllables in a particularly intriguing way, for instance), and though the collected nuances of his have been scouted out already (he's at least worked with The Acid), we think it's time for the world to know what he's all about.
