Jazz Cartier is one of many new rappers blowing up right now (the fact that he's from Toronto, too, makes his name even more hot), and if you've yet to catch on to him, take a listen to the River Tiber-featuring "Tell Me" from his latest project, Hotel Paranoia, that just dropped today. Compared to the rest of the album, the track here is the most seductive-sounding one by far, though, it's not really telling of what he's all about (over the album's course, there's a lot more rawness to be found). If you're like us, however, and a fan of River Tiber and anything related to what he puts out, this one you're going to dig. Hotel Paranoia is available in full on SoundCloud now.
