Before we listened to the new remix EP of Japanese Wallpaper's "Breathe In", we knew one of the efforts embedded within had a chance of besting Daktyl's own superb remix, which, ironically, was not even an official remix of its own. Turns out we were close with our prediction, too, because as we hear on Friendships' remix, the Aussie duo came very close to attaining those particularly lauded production heights with their take on the track. If you've seen the scene in Wolf of Wall Street where Leo & Jonah Hill are in “cerebral palsy mode" on the Lennon quaaludes, then this Friendships remix is what we'd imagine the original would sound like on such enhancements.
