"Hold Back The River" is our first venture into the music of James Bay, and despite our lack of even knowing his music prior to this new song, we have to say that we're immediately impressed. This is exactly the kind of feel-good alternative-folk that goes down easy, and because it seems that the British singer-songwriter is going to hold it down for the foreseeable future, and you can bet we'll be following his music from here on out.
