It's been a few months since Jagwar Ma released their blistering debut LP, Howlin', and yet, their distinct sound still resonates. Howlin' was full of psych-rock and electronic elements, a noticeable tip of the cap to the Madchester scene of the late 80's. The Sydney trio have decided to keep things in-house for their remix of "Let Her Go", with their resident beat master Jono Ma at the controls. With the baggy guitar riff replaced by a dark, driving bass synth and just a few lighter percussion notes, Ma has transformed their little slice of indie pop into a dance floor demon.
