By now hopefully you're somewhat familiar with the Sydney duo, Jagwar Ma, and their two lengthy psychedelic-pop singles "The Throw" & "Man I Need". Both of these songs were released as lead-up singles for the Aussie's debut album Howlin', that is of course out now. Jagwar Ma is the duo of Jono Ma & Gabriel Winterfield who create throwback music that spring elements of surf & psychedelic to mind. No matter what time period you could picture Jagwar Ma being from, there music is always going to sound relevent because it has that timeless stigma attached to it. From the 60's surf-pop of "Come Save Me" to the early 90's hip-hop influenced grunge of "Did You Have To", don't be surprised if you span a few decades of musical influences when you listen to Howlin'.
