"Who U Are" is J Tropic's third single to hit the internet, and we're excited to announce that it's got everything it needs to keep the momentum up for the rather reclusive new artist. For those of you who are unaware, J Tropic releases music under The Duly Noted family of artists, and the quirky approach to electronic-pop that he assumes is right at home with the sounds of the label's other standout acts. Specifically on his highlighted track here, "Who U Are", he opens up with a forceful set of notes, and the vocal work with them pairs perfectly to induce a set of aquatic undertones and synth lines alongside. The track eventually transitions into a series of more hard-edged sounds, but it never loses sight of the smooth flow that formed the foundation for its winning formula, and while you're listening, you'll have a hard time keeping your head from bobbing to the track's impeccable flow. J Tropic is still very much in the early stages of his career, but "Who U Are", the third and final track from his debut EP, is as good a platform as any for him to build his sound upon.
