Canadian producer Incise makes very good beats and has been making em for awhile now. The guy works with talented emcees from all over the world and there is a reason why people want to spit over his beats. His production sparks the soul and almost makes me want to write some raps to em. Okay maybe not but you get the picture. Familiar Voices is being released as a free download that features instrumentals from Incise's 2 albums (Inside Story & Daily Methods).
