10 years ago the Canadian hip-hop scene was pretty bleak as far as depth goes. As the years have gone on more and more beat makers/emcees have been popping out of everywhere. Take Incise for example who is from a suburb in Hamilton, Ontario. Incise hit the radar in 2008 with his debut album Nobody's Story and now we have his follow up. His production has taken on a signature sound with some really great sounding synths that carry on beautifully with the melodies.
