"Stay Asleep" starts out like some sort of mad scientists' bedtime lullaby, and just gets better from there. i.V. has had some great releases in the past, but this latest track from the up-and-coming producer has really set the bar at another level. It's got all the right sounds, but what really makes this one a win is the way i.V. has made everything feel dreamlike while still keeping the energy up at optimal levels. It's the perfect wind-down track, but it won't put you to bed (contrary to what the title would have you believe), and the balance i.V. was able to find on this one has definitely earned him some bonus points from us.
