Houston-based (and new-to-our ears) rapper HVN sounds like the next to catch attention with his new EP, Welcome To Heaven. Predicting who's going to blow up in rap is always a hard thing to do, but, with an effort like "BACKHAND", our favorite off his project, he is showing his appeal in spades.
