Hunter Oliveri is a name worth filing away. 'DUMB' has a rawness that sounds accidental but clearly isn't, bedroom-adjacent production with pop instincts underneath. His voice has a natural quality that most artists spend years trying to manufacture. Early days, but the ceiling is there.
