It's the definitive musical move these days, and we feel as if we’ve had the pleasure of reporting on a ton of flavorful, sunny sounds that are edging their way to the top of people's tastes. Howson’s Groove’s debut effort and title track from their upcoming EP, “Can’t Explain”, looks to further the trend, and certainly, it's packed from start to finish with bright synths and exquisite samples that put us away into a warm and exciting soundscape. From the onset of the track, we’ve a trilling synth that’s laid over raspy percussion, and before the track leads us into an indiscernible yet undoubtedly impressive sonic wonderland, we're swept up by its soothing aura. It seems Howson’s Groove has been on a mission to deliver groundbreaking notes on top of their high-spirited sonic aesthetic, and with their entire selection of previous work being scattered across a wide variety of styles, we’ve a duo that’s as innovative as they are multi-talented. “Can’t Explain” is brimming with electronic sounds that are purely addicting, and they give us a jam that we’d certainly love to loop anytime the sun shows itself. The London twosome is one of the top acts from label Love & Other at this point, and we’re quite excited to see what they’ve to offer in their entire EP that’s slated for release in late December.
