After just being introduced to HeyGamal via his collaboration with Lauren Faith on "RunningWater", we took a gander into his music. Turns out our curiosity was for the best because buried on his untapped Soundcloud page is the standout track, "Grounded". In what is a pretty dark & brooding r&b track, HeyGamal maneuvers his impressive vocals around distorted guitars and echoing abstract sounds. "Grounded" is the kind of track that barely lets you peek into the potential while keeping you intrigued enough to come back for more. Keep your eye out for more music from this guy. His debut EP will drop on October 1st.
