If we were to analyze the sound that NYC newcomers Her Habits are going after, we might say that it's a bit of a dream-pop tone to it, but all descriptions fall secondary to the feelings they induce, of course, and on their debut , "Slip Away", there's no doubting the fact that pure relaxation will emanate from the effort. As the first track from Toronto-born singer-songwriter Joanie Wolkoff and producer Sanford Livingston (Her Habits), "Slip Away" is more than enough to have us looking forward to their debut EP, Northerner, when it drops January 27th. While we all wait for that and perhaps some preceding singles to come out, though, catch their excellent first offering below.
