Simon Green has crafted something magical here by remixing this forgotten gem from 1977 by Henri Texier, and the surprising factor besides the South American-feel is the timing of the release. It's one that provides the ideal atmosphere for a groovy, upbeat, and tropical place (which obviously opposes the weather this time of the year), and it grants a nice sonic escape as a result.
