Healy's journey over the past few years has been an awesome one in terms of his music and audience, and, after a slew of addictive single releases, he's out with his debut mixtape today, Subluxe. We've already featured two tracks from the tape in "Slalom" and "Unwind", and there are certainly more jams in the twelve-piece body of work with "Reckless", "Chaparral", and "Python" being new standouts. The entire project is packed with healy's relatable, insightful words, and they all come together in a very cohesive fashion here. Some solid production from familiar collaborator YOG$ complements healy's style brilliantly, and the body of work almost comes off in an album-like form. The Memphis resident has been consistently gracing us with his unique soul-laced hip-hop that'll fail to tire our ears for a very long time, and, as such, we encourage all to dive into our favorites below and check out his previous work if you haven't already.
