"U Should Know" is the second-ever track from the Montreal pop act HAUTE, and if they had planned on providing a promising follow-up to their great debut with it, we'd say they've surely succeeded. Where "Down" (their debut) was led by chillwave and hip-hop-infused production to give it a slower pace, their new track here provides a great sonic switch-up, and as soon as its bass and main synth arpeggio kick in, you'll be hooked. There are a few bands making music like HAUTE is right now, but you can tell they've another notch to their artistic belt, so if you see them rising above the rest of their cohorts in the near future, know that it was only really a matter of time.
