Though it's our first time covering Vancouver-rooted, Brooklyn-based songstress Hannah Epperson, the track we've in front of us from her, "Story (Amelia)", is just the ethereal introduction we need to her sound. Her debut release, albeit three years back, was produced by STINT, and though it garnered a solid SoundCloud following for the singer, the track we've in front of us now will surely send her buzzing even more. The dreamy journey that "Story (Amelia)" prods us along blooms and blooms as it continues, culminating in an exquisite synth-laden finish that, really, has us grooving with some Maggie Rogers feels in mind. "Story (Amelia)" is the leading single off Epperson's debut album titled UPSWEEP that's to be released September 16th, and until then, the single and its video (below) are more than enough to carry us over.
