Halsey has seen a significant rise in her career since she debuted eight months ago with the CHVRCHES-esque "Ghost", and as her Facebook page now shows, she's picked up booking representation from Marty Diamond, a man known to take his acts straight to Live Nation (the biggest promoting company in the world). Before the nineteen-year-old is to headline, though, she needs the music to do the talking, and with her third-ever track, "Hurricane", we see her promise round out into top form.
