It's been almost two weeks since we heard GRUMBY and Häri Mint's "Refuse", a vocal-led piece we still can't get enough, and, today, the New York-based duo has given us further material to dive into in the form of their latest EP, Changes. The five-piece project is a sharply produced one, no doubt, and it's the subtlety in layering that particularly stands out on it, with the likes of Hollywood Anderson and Mint providing their R&B finesse. Besides our still-favorite, "Refuse", the Anderson-assisted "You" is another one we love, and its unhurried cadences that fuse flawlessly with falsetto-laced vocals are great. The other Mint-accompanied track is "Goddess", and, on it, we have yet another stunning delivery from the singer. GRUMBY's graveled foundation uplifts it on the track, and the piece becomes a gem as a result. Changes as a whole is meticulously crafted through and through, and it is certainly a must-listen for fans of electronic and R&B alike. Get Changes on iTunes now.
