It’s startling to discover that Atlanta-based Gravez has only been around the block less than a week. With only two tracks to his name, the talent has absolutely dazzled us on his latest installment entitled “Seek”, and the ingenuity in his production is what particularly stands out to us on the excellent effort. Within "Seek", Graves embeds a strong, oriental-infused chillwave sound, and it's one that's shouldered by raw, vintage drums, chiming chords pirouetting delightfully amongst escalating hats and claps, and high-pitched, frisky cuts in the backdrop. The drop on the track sees Gravez incorporating a galactic arpeggio, and a handful of stifling percussion alongside the uncanny, ever-changing drum sequence emerge too to give a distinctly pleasurable sonic flavor. "Seek" is the first release off Gravez's upcoming EP, Danger.
