This is the first time we've posted Canadian beatmaker GOLDWATER's work, but we've had an eye on him for quite a while now, and we're overjoyed to post two pieces of his now on the site: "her" and "want". The teenage virtuoso has over twenty tracks under his belt already, and these aren't just simple throwaway beats we're talking about, either. "Want", for example surprises listeners after every breakdown, and GOLDWATER's installation of alternating, sample-leaning synths and pitched-down, released drums make it great. "Her", the other, two-month-old piece we're sharing here, is more subtly influenced in comparison to the other, and gliding atmospheres on it flow alongside mellowed, immersive kicks to bring a soothing ambiance out. With the two efforts below, GOLDWATER has our attention on lock, and we're certainly hoping to see and hear more of his laid-back, pulsating electronic works in future releases that he puts out.
