Goldwash is on one, man. The Baltimore native has come out of obscurity's gates with three enormous, impressive singles in a row, and "Need To Hear" here is the latest of that bunch. It's upbeat, quirky, and appealing at the same time, and its fusion of pop and funk and electronic (his staple sonic blend) is one he again executes extremely well. Like "Malady", his last effort, he showcases his great voice on it, and that really makes for the well-rounded nature of the effort as well. This one is pretty much without any flaw at all, and it seems sufficient to say that 2016 is in the hands of the artist-producer behind the beauty of it all.
