Earlier this evening, Flow-Fi founders aywy. and Fortune let loose a bouncy, Brazilian-themed remix of rising hip-hop artist GoldLink's "Ay Ay", the opening track to his acclaimed debut, The God Complex, released earlier this year. The new sound was timed to appear as the World Cup comes to a close, and it's certainly a nice sonic tribute to the nation and it's ever-popularizing musical influence. A multitude of chords, beating bass, sampled vocals, and funky, sometimes swelling synths supplement the rapper's fantastic flow, and several transitions throughout the effort work to keep it fresh for its near-four-minute time. The remix is set to appear on the deluxe edition of The God Complex on July 22nd, and while you wait for the time to near, don't hesitate to immerse yourself into what energetic, worldly-spiked interpretation of the original aywy. and Fortune have here offered.
