Seventeen-year-old Brisbane-based producer Golden Vessel is setting a new standard for youngsters in the music world. After all, most of his peers at his age aren't coming close to the feats he’s accomplishing, and with what he’s locked in as his signature icy electronic sound, there's reason to be envious of what he's putting together. His latest single, “Control”, is a testament to just that, and it introduces a more poppy tone while latching onto a luscious underlying synth structure to create what soothing work it is. Within the effort, Vessel's brought in Caleb Hodges (Caleb is the lead singer of Art of Sleeping) for the vocals, and the partnership falls not an inch short of superior in the electronic-pop realm. Though it may only be the second single released from the burgeoning talent (we're talking about Golden Vessel here), it’s one that carries with it a veteran sound that’s determined to be played over and over again.
