The time to be a fan GLADES is now. When we last heard from the Sydney-based band, they issued a cover of fellow Australian Troye Sivan's "FOOLS" alongside an original work called "Her (Loving You)". Now, the three return, today releasing their newest single, "Drive." Much like their previous affairs, "Drive" is something to behold. Its initial verses lead listeners to believe that the song is a pared-down, slow-tempo piece, but right as you think you're settling in, they launch on by complete surprise with verses that segue into an explosive, emotive chorus that we love. It repeats as often as we like for the remainder of the song, and, wholly speaking, keeps it from having any dent at all. So, while the three-piece have proved with their first two original tracks that they are destined for great things, "Drive" here reasserts what stardom is to come.
