Nearly a year ago, Gia Koka was simply another brand-new, potential-filled name to us. Now, however, she’s securely established herself as an ultra-creative, blatantly talented artist who’s pioneering her own distinct shade of electronic-R&B. During the past month, Gia took to SoundCloud to release four tracks leading up to the release of her debut six-track project. Now, we have the final two pieces that complete her spectacular EP, Feux Rogues, which is one of the most intriguing releases we've heard so far this year. Perhaps the EP's most stunning quality is the fact that each song totally stands apart from one another, since it's quite rare for an artist to be capable of creating six spectacular different sounds and pack them all into one project. That being said, there are still common threads that string throughout each song on the EP, such as Gia's remarkable vocals and unique percussion alongside them.
