The last time Ghost Loft provided us with his electronic magic was when his track “So High” backed Wiz Khalifa’s similarly titled one on Blacc Hollywood, but it’s been a minute since we’ve heard an original release from the artist. In the past, we’ve been serious fans of his work regardless if originals or remixes (we especially took to “Seconds”, another Khalifa-used beat used for the track “The Last” on 28 Grams), and here we’ve finally a fresh track from the Los Angeles resident. “Be Easy” is the name of the new work, and it's carried significantly by its truly ethereal vocals. With them, we're supplied with a soulful tone atop layers of resounding synths, and alternating between vocal-centric and instrumental sections, the work is effortlessly catchy. The track’s title its sound so well, as it takes us along a truly smooth ride, and it proves to us again that Ghost Loft is a truly diverse musical talent. “Be Easy” is the first single from Ghost Loft's upcoming debut EP that will be available on iTunes, YouTube, and SoundCloud October 21st. It's available for purchase now on iTunes.
