In what was truly a serendipitous moment, “Won’t Look Back” was playing as we noticed the first fledgling leaf buds on the trees outside our windows. The visual promise of a long overdue return to the reasonable weather of spring could not have had a more perfect soundtrack than the latest single from Australian-via-London two-piece Geowulf, who have returned from the great success of their previous release, “Saltwater”. Once again, the duo has distilled the essence of the warmer season in the hazy vocals and sun-kissed arrangements of their track, and we think that, alongside ourselves, it'll have you longing for the warm embrace of the beach or a carefree sway in a mid-afternoon festival field.
