At this point, bands choosing to reveal no information about themselves is the norm. What can't be duplicated, however, is quality of music, and with the debut, "Fuck With Someone Else", from Icelandic band GANGLY, we've one of the best debuts we've heard this year. That's no music blogger hyperbole, either; GANGLY is the real deal, and when the dust settles, this superb effort of theirs will last much longer than the hype it's now and will soon be accruing. Iceland is known for providing beautiful music that either consciously or subconsciously hits you right in the heart (think of Ásgeir, Vök, and Highasakite's efforts). With the surrounding electronic that envelopes "Fuck With Someone Else", however, you would assume that the track doesn't follow suit of what we just mentioned, but with the absolutely incredible lead vocals championing it, we're led into that heart-leaning vortex, and sonically, this is just on another level. The music really doesn't need to be described beyond what we just said, so do yourself a favor and just feel it below.
