Although the first verse may not properly reflect his massive promise, it's when the second verse kicks in that you will immediately take note of GoldLink's talents. With his stream-of-consciousness cadence that eschews singing & rapping, the DMV-native showcases his abilities to champion a beat like few can, and with his performance here and the word of a forthcoming project, The God Complex, dropping in the spring, it's safe to say we will be on the lookout for this guy from here on out.
