G. Love is back with a brand new album that features a new collaboration with the Avett Brothers. On Fixing To Die they have gone the route of a more bluesy rock influence. Since we last saw G. Love it was Superhero Brother in 2008 and in 2006 with Lemonade with its hip-hop influence. If you are into the blues rock style you are going to dig this album but if you liked G. Love for his hip-hop influence you will probably be on the fence with this one.
