Frills' indie-alternative style had us engaged after their debut, "My Love", and they have here a very similar summery atmosphere on third release "Dam Girl". Originally from New Zealand, the now-Brooklyn duo has cemented a sound that's accessible to fans across the musical spectrum, and, here on their new single, their sonic expertise shines through. Psychedelic sounds, echoing riffs, and weaving cadences give rise to their best release to date.
