It looks like "Wiseman" was the song that Frank Ocean recorded for the Tarantino film, Django Unchained, that was ultimately left off the soundtrack due to the song not fitting into any scene. Regardless of all the back story to the song, it's another classic sombre ballad from Mr. Ocean who lulls us over sparse guitars and alluring strings.
