On last night's episode of BLONDED radio, Frank Ocean blessed us with another fresh single. It seems in 2017 the living legend is making up for the radio silence between 2012's Channel Orange and the recently one-year-old Endless/Blonde, and his new song here, "Provider", is one beautifully meandering, lyrically dense piece of song poetry. It is a slight departure from the pure pop Ocean has been hitting us with all year, but we welcome the change. This is Frank's most interesting work since his album(s), and, with the corresponding release of a lyric video beside the track, we've a modicum of hope for another Frank Ocean album to come. Based on some commentary, one may be in store.
