Prior to listening to this EP, if we told you to close your eyes and press play, you would automatically assume that Flamingo was actually Chet Faker & Flume. Now, you can take this two ways: you either just assume Flamingo is copying Chet's sound and dismiss them altogether; or you simply realize that the lead singer's voice sounds almost identical to Chet's and that's just the way it is, because we assume that if Chet Faker was not even around, Flamingo's sound would still be what it is. Hopefully you're taking the latter choice with us on this one, because if you were to pass up on the debut EP from this talented trio, you would be missing out on some great music.
