Fjord has kept a similar artistic aesthetic since they first began, and, in a world of ever-changing phenomena not only in the music sphere, that's like a breath of fresh air. They aren't pandering, and they (seemingly) don't feel the need to experiment too heavily yet, and that's a fact we love. With "Jealous", the last track from their debut body of work, Textures, we're privy to every single characteristic that has come to define their work. The vocal cadence on the track is a bit different than what we're accustomed to from them, but it's in the same vein, and it sounds as good as we'd expect.
