Fine Print has one of the most poignant, piercing sounds in the game, and they know it, too. They've brought it along on every single release of theirs thus far, and, here again, we're excitedly privy to it. "Snakes" is the name of the new track they've put out, and it packs quite a lyrical punch in addition to being marvelously minimal on its sonic end. There are some energy-packed instruments involved, no doubt, but the magic of the track rests with its starkness—not its perception of being overabundant in any sense. That's been another hallmark of the burgeoning pair, and they're sure to carve out a nice bit of a niche for themselves if they keep up this fabulous sound.
