It's always a breath of fresh air when you stumble upon a bright and summery new track from a group that is literally just starting to get their feet under them. "Moving Slowly" by American and French trio Figaro fits the bill perfectly - it's a light listen, full of easy chords and stripped down vocals, like a Temples or a Tame Impala minus the psychedelia and all the reverb.
