For what smooth, laid-back electronic Ficci releases, we don't hear quite enough from him in terms of new music. Over the past couple weeks, however, he's returned and dropped two tracks from a forthcoming EP—one of them titled "As You" that's certainly worth your time. It's centered around plucked melodies and cleanly sampled vocal cuts, and what bass-bending, downtempo drums he uses, also, show he's been chiseling away at his sound, overall. This piece is absorbing despite the lack of any vocal efforts within it, and it should pique the interest of any electronic fans around.
