Everett Orr, a singer and producer spending time in New York and New Jersey, has impressed us greatly with his debut track, "Closer", and with 10 Fold labelmate Tobias marrying Orr's incredible vocals with his own guitar playing on the track, we think there'll be more than enough here to pique your own interest as well. Already picking up some steam on SoundCloud, "Closer" is a funky, electronic number that might be one the year's best thus far in the soulful genres it represents. Its deep grooves, glistening bells and synths, and jazzy horn sections make it an entirely unique, beautiful listen we could not help but here pass along.
