Eoin Sound's "Satisfaction" is everything that was good about disco, but taken one step further with the aid of modern production magic. The track has that great, old-school, twangy bass and high-strung synths, but it's been chopped up to make the hits just a little bit harder, and the beat just a little bit funkier. There's not a ton going on with the track layering, but when Eoin does put something in, he makes it count. At times, the song moves towards featuring just a single bassline, but it stops short of feeling overly simplistic, and when more sounds are finally re-introduced into the composition, everything falls into place perfectly.
