Australian producer, Hayden James, had earned himself a sizable following putting out off-beat tracks with influences ranging from jazz, to hip-hop, to electronic. It's his ability to deftly mix in all these different elements together that makes his music so easy to listen to, and his latest remix of Emoh Instead's "Why Can't You (Say So)" is no exception. The bass is so low it feels almost Subterranean, and when the vocals fluctuate between high-pitched hooks, and low-down, almost warped tones, the total package comes off as rather dark, but very clever in its execution.
