"Ovr U" is the first track from Elliot Glickman, a very promising newcomer from the small city of Los Angeles, and with the kind of intrigue he's showing on the piece, you're definitely going to want to listen up. Elliot's sound is one moving between chillwave and psychedelic, and it's complete with wavy, heavy guitar parts that are featured alongside his smooth-as-silk vocal tone. The track is not only a relaxing listen, but it's cool as hell as well, and, quite frankly, we think the guy has a lot of potential going forward as a result.
