ELEL has been around since their massive debut, "40 Watt", last year, and, honestly, that track, the EP surrounding it, and their most recent single, "Kiss Kiss", have collectively set the stage for one hell of an LP to form. Today, our hopes for one are met as the group has released "Animal," the first single from their forthcoming project, Geode. It'll be hard for those not informed to discern the track at hand from a mainstream hit, since, as it rolls ahead, its guitar-driven, smile-invoking tune has us jamming in a way that few others could. As we head into summer's release of Geode, therefore, we're expecting the full album to hit us in much the same thriving way.
