By now, we've come to terms with the unique indie-alternative of Bristol-based trio Elder Island, so it's really no surprise to see the three back at their creative ways with "Garden", the third and latest release from their self-titled EP. It's "avant-garde" etched all over it, with lightly looming guitars behind wavering vocals of the lead singer (and pulsating bass intermittently behind either), and it really takes on an open, expanding ambiance as it all unwinds. In other words, it's fresh and lovely so, and it's us looking all the more forward to their aforementioned body of work.
