It's the kind of freshly inspired dream pop delivered by artists like eccosend that keep us engaged with all that is happening beneath the surface of genres, like the aforementioned one, that we don't often get to delve into. There is surely a multitude of individuals attempting to concoct, and execute so spectacuarly, a sound similar to eccosend's own, but it's proven difficult coming across those types of efforts. We're not about to let that particular hardship outweigh the splendor induced by the Orlando native's debut song, though. It's an extraordinarily airy effort that was written, recorded, sung, mixed, and mastered by the twenty-four-year-old, and it really leaves nothing to be desired. The production is flawless, and the artist's beloved indie rock influences are accentuated in an excitingly apparent fashion on the track. It's hardly fathomable that "Directions" is her first dabble into the electronic genre, and it's going to be fun to listen to whatever future vibes eccosend adorns our ears with.
